- What are the check-in times for boarding?
- Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am 10:00 am.
- Pick-ups only Sunday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Before or after hours arrangements are available by appointment.
- What are the pick up times for boarding?
- Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
- Saturday 9:00 am 12:00 pm.
- Sunday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm (You are charged for Sunday night)
- How can I make reservations?
- Deposit required at time reservation is made.
- Reservations can be made in person or by phone.
- What vaccinations are required for my dog to board?
- Dogs must be current on DHLPP, Rabies and Bordetella.
- Out of state dogs must be current on Canine Influenza.
- What vaccinations are required for my cat to board?
- Cats must be current on FVRCP and Rabies.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- A 7 day notice prior to arrival date is required for a refund.
- My pet takes several medications. Will you give my pet these medications?
- Our boarding staff will give the required medications in the prescribed doses to your pet.
- Can I come in for a tour?
- Tours are offered Monday through Friday from 9 am – 3 pm.
- Does your boarding facility fill up?
- Yes, quite frequently we are full. Please call in for a reservation.
- Can I call to check on my pet while he/she is at your facility?
- Absolutely!
- What are the cat accommodations like?
- Our cat condos have large windows facing outside that overlook nature. They have large perches to people watch or recline in their suites and take in a movie!
- Do you offer group play for boarding dogs?
- No, we do not offer group play time. Each dog is given individual outings in our gravel yard four times each day.
- What do I need to bring for my dog/cat to board?
- You can bring their favorite toy, bed/blanket, and treats.
- You must bring their FOOD and any medications they are currently taking.
- Water Buckets/Bowls & Food Bowls are provided.
